Breakfast
Getting to be a habit, but I love it : 2 slices Helgas gluten free soy & linseed toast, 2 soft boiled eggs & 2 rashes of bacon.
Lunch
More of a habit : grilled steak & chicken from Boca with my green smoothie. If it ain't broke don't fix it!
Dinner
We went to a friends house for a birthday dinner. For a variety of reasons the at home bbq became take away Thai, that took a very long time to arrive. I was starving by the time it arrived & wolfed down stir fry calamari, beef & ginger, massaman (just the meat, no potatoes), and some stir fried greens. I avoided the sauces of all of them, just fished the meat out. I also had some of the white rice.
Dessert was a selection of small patisserie items (all were roughly palm sized). There was a lemon meringue tart, a passionfruit curd tart, a cherry frangipane tart & a chocoloate mousse thing.
There were 4 of us, so we sliced each into quarters and had 1/4 of each (one mouthful really).
I also had 1/4 glass of white wine.
Water
Around 1.5 litres of water.
Snacks
None.
